Thanks to 3D glasses and cutting-edge 360° technology, it’s now possible to experience future property!
In collaboration with Samsung Austria, PocketScience and NOUS have developed a portal that presents planned property in an entirely new way: feelyourfuturehome.com is aimed at property developers, building contractors and real estate marketers who want to offer their customers a virtual tour of the homes they have planned. “Feel Your Future Home 360°” makes dreams a reality with its brand-new, three-dimensional visualization of buildings that are still in the planning stage.
This has been made possible by the Samsung Gear VR powered by Oculus in combination with a Galaxy S6, S6 edge or S6 edge+ or a Galaxy S7 or S7 edge. The result is 360-degree glasses that enable prospective buyers to immerse themselves in high-resolution, 360° visualizations of their future homes – before they have even been built. This type of presentation offers an ideal viewing experience – regardless of where the virtual tour takes place. Whether at a trade fair, in an office or at the construction site itself, the property developer or real estate marketer can take their mobile and virtual presentation of their projects with them and give their prospective buyers the novel opportunity to experience the property for themselves. The 360° models can be started via the app. Then, as soon as the phone is connected to the 360-degree glasses, they reveal a virtual world where the wearer feels as though they are actually part of what is going on before their eyes.

At the WIM – Wiener Immobilien Messe in Vienna they became the first company ever to present their current construction project to prospective customers with the aid of Feel Your Future Home 360°.
