With the museum guide for the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, we have proven that an intelligent navigation concept can give visitors an orientation aid. Due to the confusing room layout and large proportion of text, we developed a colorful guidance system to lead the visitors through the various topics in a sensible way. This approach influenced not only the design of the guide, but also the content that we produced. Thanks to intelligent storytelling and well-thought-through sound design, the guide makes it easy for visitors to find their bearings in the exhibition and the various topic areas.
