    • In collaboration with Samsung Austria, PocketScience and NOUS have developed a portal that presents planned property in an entirely new way: it is aimed at real estate developers, builders and real estate marketers who want to offer their customers a virtual walk-through of their projected home! Feel your Future Home 360°" creates a completely new, 3-dimensional experience in the visualisation of planned buildings. This is made possible by the Samsung Gear VR powered by Oculus in conjunction with a Galaxy S6, S6 edge or S6 edge+ or a Galaxy S7 or S7 edge. The result is 360-degree glasses that allow interested parties to immerse themselves in high-resolution visualised 360° models of their future homes before they have even been built. This type of presentation offers an optimal viewing experience and is absolutely independent of the location of the virtual tour. Be it at trade fairs, in offices, or directly on the construction site. The real estate developer or marketer can present and experience his projects in a mobile and virtual way.
