Office Manager:in (f/m/x)

You are an organizational talent and interested in the digital world and mobile applications? We are looking for an Office Manager:in (f/m/x) for our location in Vienna.

Your Tasks

As Office Manager:in at NOUS

  • you are the first contact person (by phone, in person) for guests, suppliers and employees and make sure that visitors feel welcome,
  • you handle incoming and outgoing mail and answer phone calls,
  • you have an eye for the atmosphere and workability in the office and coordinate cleaning, repairs, etc.,
  • you manage our company documents,
  • you are responsible for travel management and support the team with travel bookings,
  • you are our expert for international parcel shipping,
  • you will support the management and your colleagues in administrative tasks - e.g. projects, tenders or funding applications,
  • you have the chance to design processes yourself and optimize our workflows.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or experience in the administrative field, office management, secretarial work, team assistance
  • High degree of independence, reliability and accuracy
  • Hands-on mentality and great sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work in a team and build relationships
  • Very good computer skills
  • Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English

Salary starts at € 30,800 annual gross in full-time employment. Depending on qualifications and entry level, overpayment is also possible.

Technical Project Manager (f/m/x)
Mobile Streaming Apps

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Project Manager with a strong background in managing projects related to mobile streaming applications for iOS, Android, tvOS, and Android TV platforms at NOUS digital.

Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mobile app development, streaming technologies, and agile project management methodologies. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards successful project execution.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management for the development and enhancement of mobile streaming applications on iOS, Android, tvOS, and Android TV platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA engineers, and content creators to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a comprehensive understanding of mobile app development and streaming technologies. Provide technical guidance, resolve technical roadblocks, and facilitate informed decision-making in alignment with project goals.
  • Agile Methodology: Implement and uphold agile project management principles. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Continuously monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conceptualization and Ideation: Utilize strong concepting skills to contribute innovative ideas and solutions for enhancing the user experience, features, and functionality of the streaming applications. Collaborate with design and development teams to translate concepts into actionable plans.
  • Scope and Timeline Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying critical path dependencies and potential risks. Proactively manage changes to scope and communicate their impact.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including product owners, executives, and development teams. Provide regular status updates, progress reports, and project performance metrics.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges and obstacles that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality and stability of the mobile streaming applications. Coordinate testing efforts, oversee bug tracking, and ensure a smooth release process.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Project Manager, preferably within the realm of mobile streaming app development.
  • Strong expertise in iOS, Android, tvOS, and Android TV platforms, including app architecture, APIs, and design guidelines.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Previous experience with concepting and ideation, contributing to user experience improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of streaming technologies, codecs, DRM, and related challenges is a plus.

The salary starts at € 56,000 annual gross in a full-time position. Depending on qualifications and entry level, overpayment is possible.
