    • In the middle of Vienna, at the current location of the STEFFL department store, stood the "Little Kayser House" until 1847, where Mozart spent the last years of his life and composed his late masterpieces "Die Zauberflöte" and the "Requiem".

    At this location, the composer is now celebrated with an immersive experience for all the senses. Since 2019, an international team of experts and artists has been working on the content and technical implementation of the project: the spectrum ranges from poetic animations that take us back to the historical Vienna of the year of his death in 1791 to a contribution by Los Angeles-based new media artist Refik Anadol, who uses artificial intelligence to condense Mozart images and data into digital visual worlds. Projectors, large screens, around 200 loudspeakers and an innovative room acoustic system create this unique virtual world of experience.

    As an extension to the WWW, NOUS, together with the MYTHOS MOZART team, has designed and implemented a website that provides interested parties and visitors with both the on-site experience as well as the necessary information in a comprehensive and aesthetically adequate manner: for this purpose, a ticket store for advance booking has also been integrated. The opening took place on the 20.09.2022.
